About The Position

The Goods Receipt Operator manages one or more of the following activities: verifying that the received product conforms to the ordered product, checking the consistency between the product, the delivery documentation, the initial order to the supplier, and its associated data. This role involves visually checking part and serial numbers, quantities, and/or lot numbers, as well as the general condition of the product. The operator will verify the presence, accuracy, and completeness of what was ordered based on the delivery documentation. Responsibilities include recording the receipt, noting necessary information, and managing parts requirements. Additionally, the role involves preparing the product receipt file for archiving, which includes the delivery documentation for the said products. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
