About The Position

Under the authority of the Head of Planning and Material Resources, the incumbent is responsible for lending parts and tools and ensuring the proper management of the store.

This role involves lending, retrieving, and inspecting tools; processing purchase requests and forwarding them to the warehouse coordinator; managing parts inventory in the system and counting remaining items; conducting tool and parts inventory and notifying when stock levels are low; ensuring users are provided with necessary materials; maintaining a log of loaned parts and tools; distributing tools upon request and ensuring their return at the end of shifts; recording necessary information in logs or databases for tracking; organizing parts and tools; managing the lending and return of equipment for seasonal employees upon their arrival or departure; preparing goods for shipment; ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store; and receiving orders and notifying relevant personnel of their arrival.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (an asset)
• Autonomy and judgment
