About The Position

Are you a student looking to grow your woodworking skills in a real‑world manufacturing environment? Marvin is seeking a Made‑To‑Order (MTO) Woodworking Intern to join our team for a hands‑on summer internship experience. This internship supports students pursuing a degree in carpentry, cabinetry, or woodworking who want to learn from skilled craftsmen while contributing to custom, one‑of‑a-kind products. As an intern, you’ll support the custom window‑building process from start to finish, working both independently and alongside experienced teammates. Windows produced in this department are unique in size and shape and are proudly installed in premier homes, architect‑designed spaces, and historic buildings. This internship takes place in a clean, brightly lit, temperature‑controlled facility in Warroad, Minnesota and provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in custom woodworking and manufacturing. Housing ProvidedTo support students relocating for the summer, company‑provided housing is available for the duration of the internship, allowing interns to focus on learning, growing their skills, and gaining hands‑on experience without the burden of securing short‑term housing.
