About The Position

The Program Manager owns the end-to-end execution of high-impact supply chain programs including Order-to-Cash (OTC)and process automation. This role ensures ongoing program effectiveness by driving operational updates, identifying gaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver enhancements that align with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years business experience with Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and curious. Takes initiative and effectively identifies and priorities opportunities, builds plans and delivers results.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong project/program management skills with solid financial acumen with exposure to business disciplines outside of Supply Chain.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets and using that analysis to drive business plans and priorities with intermediate proficiency in programs including G-suite productivity tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL, Access and other database and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep understanding of assigned program(s) to ensure accuracy, performance, and ongoing alignment to business needs.
  • Identify and prioritize end-to-end process breakpoints and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience, operational reliability, and cash flow outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize, test, and implement improvements that drive measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • Manage day-to-day program execution for Order-to-Cash (OTC) and CI related initiatives.
  • Drive process simplification and automation to reduce manual touchpoints, improve scalability, and enhance customer experience.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to influence adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions across workflows.
