This role contributes to Starbucks’ success by delivering a high level of account based and specialized functional support for the Custom Order Solutions team, providing white glove account and order management for customers. The position supports end to end logistics execution and proactive issue resolution, driving customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, clear and timely communication, and cross functional collaboration with partners in planning, distribution, channels, manufacturing, and coffeehouse development.
