About The Position

Twelve Oaks is seeking a Made To Measure Specialist to join their team. This role involves cultivating client relationships, driving made-to-measure sales through personalized consultations, and managing appointments. The specialist will educate clients on fabric options and customization, and actively seek opportunities to increase traffic through local networking. A key part of the role includes conducting accurate fittings and alterations, managing customer appointments efficiently, and collaborating with tailors and other specialists to ensure customer requirements are met. The position also requires delivering an elevated shopping experience, handling inquiries professionally, and ensuring accurate documentation of client information. Operational duties include maintaining the shop-in-shop space, assisting with inventory and merchandising, and ensuring the shop is prepared for daily operations. The specialist will act as a brand ambassador for Indochino, representing the brand with professionalism and expertise within Nordstrom, and driving local marketing efforts to increase awareness and foot traffic. Collaboration with Nordstrom partners and Indochino management is essential to elevate the client experience and optimize sales.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales, preferably within made-to-measure menswear.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive luxury retail environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate styling advice and customization options effectively.
Proficiency in iOS and MS Office applications; familiarity with Nordstrom POS systems is an asset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the Nordstrom environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Manage and complete customer appointments efficiently, ensuring all alterations and fittings are performed with precision.
Oversee the fitting process by holding accountability for quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with Nordstrom tailors and Indochino specialists to communicate customer requirements effectively.
Educate clients on the fitting process and set clear expectations for alterations and delivery timelines.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail during fittings to uphold Indochino’s quality standards.
Deliver an elevated shopping experience that reflects Indochino's commitment to luxury and craftsmanship.
Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring positive outcomes.

Maintain the Indochino shop-in-shop space to the highest standards, reflecting luxury and brand integrity.
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and the visual presentation of product offerings.
Ensure the shop is prepared for daily operations and secured at the end of each day in line with Nordstrom’s policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, alterations, and client interactions.
