The MACS NSD Program Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned programs and staff, ensuring a safe environment that integrates individual client treatment plans. This role involves managing residential programs, adhering to agency policies and regulatory guidelines, and participating in client service plan reviews. The supervisor will also develop program routines, manage budgets, participate in on-call procedures, and oversee staff hiring and training. Additionally, the role requires direct child care services, monitoring program compliance, conducting safety drills, and ensuring effective communication with clinical and educational staff. The supervisor will also facilitate client visits, participate in agency committees, ensure trauma-informed care is implemented, and investigate incident reports. Active participation in quality improvement activities and integration meetings is also expected.
