This associate will be responsible for working with molds and performing the tasks mentioned below in the most efficient manner with a minimum amount of supervision.
Requirements
- Machinist experience required (Manual Lathe and Mill Experience)
- Tig welding experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mathematical and mechanical skills
- High degree of initiative and ingenuity
- Teamwork
- Able to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Organization
- Problem solving skills
- Safety awareness
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Subject to standing for extended period
- Working in extreme temperatures up to 110 degrees in summer months
- Ability to lift- up to 50 lbs. or more
Nice To Haves
- Machine Tooling degree or current enrollment in a certified machine tooling program
Responsibilities
- Perform operations necessary to put molds into working condition.
- Repair or make necessary adjustments for mold operation.
- Repair parts for other plant equipment.
- Mold prep and mold preventive maintenance duties.
- Operate equipment and perform job in a safe and efficient manner.
- Support and complete all safety programs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
