Requirements

Experience in machining or a related precision manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Solid understanding of machine operations, tooling, and basic maintenance
Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality
Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Process materials through various machining equipment with precision and consistency
Monitor and tend to machines throughout the shift to ensure safe, efficient operation
Perform preventive maintenance routines and address minor issues before they become downtime
Check equipment programs against drawings and job specifications to verify accuracy
Plan and coordinate workload and scheduling to meet production and delivery targets
Inspect finished work to maintain quality standards and report any deviations
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
