About The Position

AC Tool & Machine Company is seeking experienced Machinists for their Machine & Turnings Centers. This role offers a challenge working with all types of materials, weldment, and castings. AC Tool is a contract manufacturer of OEM & replacement parts for the machine building industry and more, producing parts in small quantities to large runs with a focus on tight tolerance parts. The company is a 26-employee, family-owned business with a long-tenured team and a supportive environment for both new and experienced machinists.

Requirements

• Proactive mind set
• Turning center / Machining center experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings/prints
• Ability to use inspection equipment
• Understanding of Metric and Imperial measurements
• Understanding of G and M code, & Mazatrol programming
• Experience with GibbsCam/Fusion
• U.S. Work Authorization

Responsibilities

• Operate turning center / machining center
• Read engineering drawings/prints
• Use inspection equipment
• Perform first piece inspections
• Handle tool and set up functions
