About The Position

Victaulic is hiring Machinists at its Foundry Facility in Nephi, UT. As a member of the team, you will use your precision skills to craft, machine, and fine-tune critical components that keep heavy industrial operations running at peak performance while turning raw castings into high-quality finished products. This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with overtime as required. Requirements

Able to use basic math, geometry and trigonometry.
Able to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

Experience in rubber mold building preferred but not required.
2+ Years Technical schooling preferred.
5+ years on the job experience preferred.
High School graduate will be considered.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and interpret GD&T.
Use micrometers, calipers, indicators and all common machining tools.
Set up and operate machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures.
Maintain specifications by taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Operate an overhead crane and drive a forklift.
Write and Edit G code and M code programs as required.
Operate 3 axis vertical CNC Mills.
Operate CNC Mills Lathes and Turning Centers.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintain equipment using preventative maintenance.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
