About The Position
A terrific, full-time opening has come available for a Mold Maker to join a cutting edge production molds manufacturing facility. Requirements
- Journeyman Mold Maker credentials or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints is REQUIRED
- Able to use lathes, milling machines, grinding machines and jig borders
- Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molds, Mold Modifications, Mold Repair assembly and maintenance.
- Strong experience setting up, run off , and testing molds to produce a product
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the manufacturing and testing of the manufacturing process
- Prepare prints and instructions to coordinate helpers
- Plan and schedule jobs to meet delivery dates
- Identify problems within the mold and create solutions
