Requirements

  • Familiar with QMOS System
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with roll shop and/or bar or shape rolling experience
  • Familiar or experience with Fago Lathe controls
  • Knowledge of AutoCad and/or Cam software
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • 2-4 year technical degree

Responsibilities

  • The safe and efficient programming and the operation of CNC lathes and rebar notching & Cammann Burning machines.
  • Tracking roll sets, documenting turnings, maintaining a current roll inventory, and maintaining a current tooling inventory.
  • Maintenance and preventative maintenance of Roll Shop equipment.
  • Ability to learn a Cam system and willingness to help as needed in all areas of the Roll Shop and Roll Mill.
  • Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
