About The Position

This role is part of our ET/UT product line. For more information about our product line: https://www.eddyfi.com/ This position is for the evening shift, from 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The person in this role performs various manufacturing tasks using CNC and conventional equipment. They are responsible for the proper and safe use of the equipment, as well as for the quality of the manufactured products. Be a part of something bigger. Nice To Haves

  • Completed Attestation of Professional Specialization (A.S.P.) in Machining Technology
  • DEP in Machining Technology
  • Two years of experience in CNC programming
  • Relevant experience in plastic machining
  • Good knowledge of MAZATROL programming
  • Ability to interpret cutting parameters and conditions recommended by tooling manufacturers
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints
  • Rigorous, self-motivated, and versatile
  • Ability to analyze technical data

Responsibilities

  • Perform the necessary setups and adjustments on machine tools.
  • Program and apply the necessary offsets for the manufacture of parts.
  • Conduct preliminary dimensional checks and those required during production.
  • Use all equipment and machine tools properly and safely.
  • Work within established processes.
  • Report any anomalies or situations posing a risk to oneself or others regarding equipment and tools.
  • Ensure that the work environment and equipment remain clean.
  • Ensure that the final product meets all requirements.
