Machinist - Entry Level and Experienced
About The Position
We’re hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Machinist position in Dresden, OH! This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist or someone with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to learn machining skills. Experienced machinists are encouraged to apply, but entry-level candidates may also be considered and trained. You do not have to know everything about machining to be considered. We’re looking for someone with a solid work history, good attendance, manufacturing experience, and a willingness to learn. If you take pride in your work and want an opportunity to grow your skills, this could be a great fit.

Nice To Haves
- Previous machining experience is a plus, but not required
- Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machining equipment according to specifications
- Follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production requirements
- Measure and inspect parts using appropriate measuring tools
- Make basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
- Monitor parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
