About The Position
Olive Recruiting is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our global manufacturing client's team in Carrollton, TX. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and supporting the production of quality components in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow work instructions and learn new equipment/processes
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools preferred
- Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production needs
- Load and unload parts, materials, and components according to work instructions
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure parts are running properly and meeting quality standards
- Read and follow basic work instructions, production orders, and safety procedures
- Use basic measuring tools to check parts for accuracy and quality
- Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors
- Assist with basic machine set up, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production guidelines
