At Drewco, we create one-of-a-kind workholding and tooling solutions for leading manufacturers across the automotive, agriculture, mining, defense, and gear industries. Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience or more in turning and/or milling Mazak machines
- Proficiency with Mazatrol programming, machine setup, and completing short-run production
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances (GD&T), and detailed specifications
- Proficient in using standard precision inspection and measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new skills, processes, and equipment

- Job shop experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol 5-axis CNC equipment
- Take the lead in operating the equipment and have the opportunity to help train and mentor others as we expand our capabilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol CNC mills
- Work on short-run, custom production
- Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol CNC lathes
- Produce short-run, custom parts
