We’re more than aviation experts, we’re pioneers. We challenge what’s possible. From breaking the sound barrier to advanced tiltrotor systems. Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation through specialized engineering. And we want you. This role requires meticulousness, precision, and adherence to work procedures. The work involves reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for the manufacturing and machining of parts. You will examine samples of parts to determine machining operations to be performed and determine the optimal sequence of operations. You will set up, operate, and maintain various machine tools to perform precision, non-repetitive machining work. A key part of the role is verifying, using precision measuring instruments, that the dimensions of the products are accurate and comply with specifications. You will also perform maintenance and repair of tooling, some made of metal and others made of composite materials used at the Composite Materials Center using various hand tools and different materials: fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins, silicones, putty.
