In this role, you will impact the quality and timeliness of manufactured components, ensuring that Honeywell’s production goals and customer requirements are consistently met.

Requirements

Proven experience operating and programming CNC machining equipment with a solid understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control techniques to ensure parts meet specifications.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or technical certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in precision machining or related manufacturing roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up machining equipment, including CNC machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
Perform inspections and measurements to verify parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Maintain machining equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machining processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
