Requirements

Proven experience as a machinist with a strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with CNC machines and manual machining tools.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is preferred.
3+ years of experience in aerospace or precision machining environments.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor machining equipment to produce parts according to specifications.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
