We are seeking a Machinist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for producing precision machine parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual equipment, including Lathes, Mills, Grinders, and other specialized machinery. This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Tool and Die.
  • Experience operating and/or programming CNC machines.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, design sketches, and GD&T to determine operational, material, and dimensional requirements.
  • Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts into sub‑units or complete units using mechanical equipment.
  • Measure materials and select the appropriate machines and tools for each process.
  • Perform machining setups and make necessary adjustments during operations.
  • Program various CNC machines as required.
  • Operate and transition between multiple machines, including CNC, Drill, and other precision equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of produced work to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Review SPC charts and apply required gauging and measurement practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all quality and safety standards.
