About The Position
Supports the daily operation of the production facility by performing building maintenance, mechanical repairs, and equipment upkeep. This role combines machinist skills with facility maintenance responsibilities to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient work environment. Low pressure black seal preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including: HVAC systems, Plumbing and piping, Electrical/mechanical components
- Assist with preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain lighting, air systems, water lines, and general facility infrastructure.
- Support emergency repairs to keep operations running.
