This role involves operating and monitoring machines to process components, ensuring quality through precise measurements, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position requires basic math proficiency, clear communication in English, and the ability to handle heavy components. You will be part of a team focused on precision and innovation.

Requirements

Average math proficiency.
Clear communication.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
Able to complete simple logs and reports.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components.
Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled hours and all company policies.
Ability to consistently stand for the entire shift.
Basic understanding of machining practices, materials, and general mechanical principles.

Responsibilities

Follow process sheets, blueprints, or verbal/written instructions from the supervisor to complete production assignments.
Maneuver large, awkward, or heavy parts manually or using a crane.
Set up, operate, and monitor machines to process components.
Install machine fixtures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Keep machines and work areas clean and safe.
Inspect operations against predetermined tolerances using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
Perform tasks in other areas or departments as needed.
