About The Position

Apprentice Operator must have a desire to learn a technical trade involving the manufacture of high precision gears and splines used in today’s demanding aerospace industry. You will learn blue-print reading, inspection processes, setup and manufacturing methods using some of the newest technology available today in a stable, fast paced, AS9100D Certified business. Requirements

U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
Strong desire to develop a career in high precision gear and spline manufacturing
Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
Basic Math
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to stand majority of the shift
Good attitude and must work well with others as a team to perform daily goals
Punctual Attendance with reliable transportation
Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
