About The Position

We are looking for a talented Machining Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment. Report Incidents: Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture. Requirements

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience operating CNC machines, with the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
• Possesses strong mechanical aptitude, proficient use of measuring instruments, and keen attention to detail.
• Thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments while maintaining precision and quality standards.
