About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section. This position will manage and direct OTL's and Hourly Team Members.

Requirements

5 years of prior applicable experience in manufacturing.
2 years management experience required.
Knowledge of the Toyota Production System
Complete process knowledge.
Excellent written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent cooperative personality.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to think for the Company.
Ability to lead, motivate and manage others.

Responsibilities

Managing, coaching and directing Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
Directing the problem solving activities of the manufacturing area.
Analyzing processes for continuous improvement.
Analyzing and continuously scrap and detect products produced.
Analyzing and continuously improve overall plant efficiency.
Improve overall product quality.
Determine and prepare T/M daily work (Standardize work).
Determine and prepare section training requirements and plan.
Implement abnormal occurrence plan when necessary.
Supporting the efforts of other sections within the company to achieve goals and targets.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Will perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
