About The Position

This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of machining tools to perform repetitive machining operations. The role involves verifying dimensions of parts, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to work varying shifts and overtime.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Must be able to move about in and around machinery and between lines.
• Must have specific vision abilities to include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• The set-up and operation of machine tools to perform repetitive machining operations.
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn in proper manner at all times.
