About The Position

This position is located in Park City, KS. Responsible for the inspection and verification to requirements for machined detail parts for various aerospace customers by performing the following duties. Demonstrates proficiency with customer engineering, specification, and general configuration requirements. Performs First Article Inspection fulfillment for dimensional characteristics utilizing Net Inspect software. Ensures work orders are filled out completely and that all quantities are correct. Reports deviations from specifications and requirements per NCR requirements. Proficient in Detail part inspection and small assembly/sub assembly inspection.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• GD&T experience
• NCR creation
• Rockwell hardness and conductivity equipment
• Height gages and precision measuring equipment
• Eye and hearing protection may be necessary while working on the shop floor
• Frequently required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
