About The Position

Join a highly respected aerospace manufacturing team in Fullerton, California. The Machined Parts Inspector supports AS9100 quality standards, collaborates closely with program managers, and ensures products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Most staff speak Vietnamese; speaking Vietnamese is not expected as long as the employee is willing to work with a translator. This is a full-time, hourly position with long-term stability and growth potential, paying $45–$50 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience inspecting machined parts.
• At least 5 years of experience using precision inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• At least 5 years of experience working directly with customer source inspectors.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Solid understanding of customer specifications and requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and production staff, with the help of a translator.

Responsibilities

• Support AS9100 quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Generate accurate inspection reports and documentation.
• Perform detailed mechanical and visual inspections on machined products.
• Present product and data packages to customer source inspectors.
• Partner with program managers to coordinate inspection activities.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals.
