Machine Technician

About The Position

The Machine Technician produces high-quality products accurately, on time, and efficiently across manufacturing processes. The role performs rotating duties throughout manufacturing operations and supports managers and plant staff in meeting operational goals. Technicians must be familiar with all areas of the process and any off-line equipment associated with the production line, and are responsible for working safely and monitoring product quality. The position is offered on second shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and third shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role.
Ability to respond to requests professionally and in a timely manner.
Intermediate communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills.
Independent problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve production challenges.
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and to read and interpret measurements.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa or work permit.
