About The Position

The Machine Technician produces high-quality products by performing manufacturing processes accurately, efficiently, and on time. The role involves rotating duties across manufacturing operations and requires familiarity with the production process and related off-line equipment. The technician supports managers and plant staff in meeting operational goals, contributes to a positive and motivated work environment, works safely, and monitors product quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role.
Ability to respond to requests professionally and in a timely manner.
Intermediate communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills.
Independent problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve production challenges.
Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to perform arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rates, ratios, and percentages; and read and interpret measurements.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa or work permit if applying for a position in the U.S.
