Starting Pay : $20.30 per hour plus additional shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends. This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
- If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
- Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been fulltime students consecutively for the last 36 months.
- Applicants must be available for in person interview.
- Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
- Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
