About The Position

The Machine Systems Integrator is responsible for making various systems, applications, and platforms work together seamlessly and effortlessly with Aagard equipment. This role ensures that different software components, hardware, and networks can communicate and work together. The integrator will assess the overall architecture of systems to ensure that integration points are well-designed and functional, and develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, integration processes, and data flows. They will effectively use middleware technologies and APIs to facilitate communication between diverse platforms. Additionally, the role involves performing thorough testing to ensure integrated systems function as intended, supporting system deployments, installations, and upgrades, and troubleshooting and resolving integration issues quickly. The Machine Systems Integrator will also engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present integration solutions, train internal and external customers on integrated technologies, and provide support for field issues and system updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware solutions, and communication protocols, including experience with RESTful services and message queuing systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with a solid foundation in software development best practices.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL.
Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Willing to travel up to 30%.
Required to possess or secure a valid passport.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present integration solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Train internal and external customers on integrated technologies.
Gather feedback to refine and enhance the overall solution.
Provide support for field issues, system updates, and related troubleshooting.
