About The Position

This position is responsible for the operation a minimum of 5 sort machines that sort good and bad parts based on the clients requirements. The employer may require an employee to perform other duties as assigned on a temporary and infrequent basis.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Speak, read, and write English preferred
• Basic mathematical skills and/or the ability to use a calculator
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create and maintain cooperative, team building relationships.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or up to one month of related experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a manufacturing company preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a minimum of 5 sort machines efficiently
• Remove filled boxes and apply label
• Maintain documentation
• Verify parts each hour
• Move skids from area once complete
• Report machine issues to lead or setup operator
• Train new operators as needed
