About The Position

As a Machine Shop Hourly team member here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of machining processes, ensuring quality standards are met while supporting production schedules. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by performing machining tasks that support production goals and customer requirements, helping to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Experience operating machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machining processes and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures rigorously.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing setting.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new machining technologies and processes.
