About The Position

As a Machine Shop Hourly team member here at Honeywell, you will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of machining processes, ensuring quality standards are met while supporting production schedules. You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our South Bend, IN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by performing machining tasks that support production goals and customer requirements, helping to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining machining equipment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to support production schedules by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Skills in collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
