About The Position

At ECS Composites, our Finishers put the final touch on precision-machined parts before they move to the next stage of production. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you. Our schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., giving you a three-day weekend! Friday overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Basic math and measurement skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience using measuring tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts
• Finish parts using hand tools, grinders, files, sandpaper, and rotary tools
• Read blueprints and work orders
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Identify and report quality concerns
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Support your team and assist with other duties as needed
