About The Position
The Machine Shop Assistant performs basic machining tasks and operates machinery and equipment. The role also maintains shop equipment according to the preventive maintenance schedule, keeps the shop clean, and follows safety protocols. The position is onsite at the Rochester, Vermont facility.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with various tools and machinery.
- Good understanding of safety techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and diagrams.
