Machine Setup Operator
About The Position
K&S Wire is hiring a Machine Setup Operator for its Neosho, Missouri facility. The role involves setting up shop equipment, analyzing tooling, coordinating equipment deficiencies with maintenance or the tool room, and preparing materials and paperwork. The operator must follow shop-equipment safety procedures and train employees on safe operation. The position requires using a forklift for extended periods each day. Available schedules are first shift Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; second shift Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.; or third shift Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. The listed hourly range is $20.00–$25.00. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid identification.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Basic math knowledge and skills.
- Must be able to use a forklift for long periods daily.

Nice To Haves
- Experience working with mesh-welding and XY-axis machinery.
- Knowledge of maintenance and setup processes on mesh-welding and XY-axis machinery.
- Background in or interest in technology and mechanical skills.
Responsibilities
