About The Position

This role involves conducting electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting for malfunctioning or damaged equipment. The technician will also deliver professional customer support, utilize SAP for parts inventory management, organize repair cases using Salesforce, perform regular inspections and testing of production machinery, and ensure a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a machine repair or field service role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of measurements, computations, and calculations.

Nice To Haves

• Training in electro-mechanical concepts is desired but not required.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM systems) is highly preferred.
