About The Position

Woodward is seeking an experienced Machine Repair Technician to support the production equipment at its Loves Park Campus. This role is on the 2nd shift (Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm) and will involve initial training on the 1st shift. The position is described as a senior role, ideal for a proactive, skilled technician who excels at complex machine repairs and wants to contribute to high-reliability aerospace manufacturing. Requirements

Proficiency with troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing machinery, including CNC and Test equipment
Experience with performing preventative maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment
Solid troubleshooting skills
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings and repair manuals
Proficiency with using maintenance scheduling systems and other company database programs
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills
Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new environments
Keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or U.S. Department of Commerce.
