About The Position

Plastics Machine Operators – Tier 1 Automotive Facility. We are currently hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights (18 1/2 Mile Road). No prior experience is required — paid training is provided! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in automotive manufacturing and gain hands-on production experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions accurately
• Work well independently and within a team environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn

Responsibilities

• Retrieve plastic parts from conveyor lines
• Visually inspect parts for defects or imperfections
• Wipe, trim, label, and sort finished parts
• Record approved and rejected part counts
• Print and apply labels to packaging
• Transport completed parts to designated workstations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
