About The Position

This role involves working with a team to bring designs to life on t-shirts while learning to run screenprinting equipment. The work is active, steady, and easier to learn than most people expect. You'll develop valuable, hands-on skills while seeing the direct impact of your work every day. Lakeshirts offers a clear path for growth, with opportunities to advance quickly. Night-shift team members start at $22 per hour with opportunities to earn $30+ per hour. High performers can advance quickly, with some team members moving up in as little as 90 days.

Requirements

High school education desirable, but not required
Tablet or computer experience preferred
Ability to work well in a team
Detail oriented and self-motivated
Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours
Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day
Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities, reasoning.

Nice To Haves

No screenprinting experience is necessary! We will teach you everything you need to know.
Previous production experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Review orders for design, colors, and placement
Learn to operate screenprinting machines with training and support
Help set up and run printing jobs
Load and unload shirts from presses
Apply ink designs and make small adjustments
Check finished products for quality
Change screens and ink between jobs
Work with your team to keep production moving
Follow company standards and work to achieve department goals
Follows safety practices
Identify problems and work to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
Other duties as assigned
