Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
Perform quality inspections and material preparation
Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment
Complete production reporting and data entry
Assist with preventative maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
Measure, cut, rewind, and prepare finished materials for customer orders
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Utilize hoists and handling equipment to move materials safely
Enter production information and print labels using computer systems
Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely order completion
