About The Position

Closets by Design, a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position(s) of Manufacturing Associate. This role involves producing quality custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems. The ideal candidate will be great with their hands, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and handling machines to build great products. Requirements

Will train to use woodworking equipment and hand tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team oriented.
Quality conscious.
Honest and reliable.
Able to stand 8 hours.
Able to lift 45 lbs.
Must be able to train on 2nd shift (3:15pm - Midnight) until released to 1st shift.
Relocate before starting work (Required).

Responsibilities

Produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Understand company product lines, machinery and assembly standards.
Follow quality and safety standards.
Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
Understand daily cut lists.
Perform additional tasks or projects as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor.
