The Machine Operator will use required pneumatic/hand tools to assemble products according to Company and customer specifications. This role requires understanding associated parts and their relationship to the end product, and the ability to facilitate all aspects of the assembly process. The operator must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process, perform inspections on product utilizing total quality concepts, and conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment. Additionally, the role involves performing preventive maintenance on equipment, accurately reporting daily activities and production data, keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, and exercising safe working habits while operating machines. The operator will also interact with technical support personnel, support downtime activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the safety culture by participating in safety training and reporting concerns. All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator.
