Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, technical ability, and a positive work attitude.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain die-cutting machines, ensuring accurate production to customer specifications.
- Perform job setups based on job tickets and instructions.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify malfunctions, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect materials and products using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
