Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures
  • Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork
  • Ability to operate an electronic pallet jack and lift 30–50 pounds at waist level
  • Willingness to work in cold or hot conditions as needed
  • Pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
  • Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed for full-time positions
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience preferred, with at least two years strongly valued

Responsibilities

  • Operating production equipment and supporting smooth line performance
  • Packaging finished product and helping meet production targets
  • Performing quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Following good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards, and food safety procedures
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment and meeting OSHA safety requirements
  • Supporting a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment
