About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing 2nd Shift Production Team in Medina, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production data and complete required paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
• Assist with material handling and packaging when needed
• Communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors
