About The Position

Opportunities are available on 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) with a starting pay of $21+ per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience with operating machinery
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Constant standing, walking, reaching with hands and stooping/kneeling is required
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with an ERP system
• Prior experience within a food or pet food manufacturing facility
• Prior experience working with PLC interfaces

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate several production machine tools throughout the production process
• Learn and operate assigned machinery within the manufacturing plant
• Perform safety checks throughout shift
• Adjust machine components according to finished product specifications
• Troubleshoot problems during operations and adjust machine in case of malfunctions or jams
• Clean machine and assist in performing preventative maintenance
• Maintain a safety and quality mindset, following all safety and quality policies and procedures
